2nd photo is of me as a provider, Kelley as a patient, and Amy as the assistant. We look like such dorks.
3rd photo is of Brian quite happy in clinic.
First day on Friday the 7th, all we did was learn how to set up a cubicle (where to put protective barriers and how to clean up before/after a patient). I realized how much I would have cross-contaminated if I were working on a real patient. I didn't realize how much I would touch my eye wear with my gloves. The mask and goggles were uncomfortable for me, so I kept pulling my mask down to my chin, which would technically be filthy if I worked on someone. For clinic rotations, we have to do a blog-like portfolio where we post an entry within 48 hours prior to a clinic round, as well as, within 48 hours after the round. We have to document our strengths, weaknesses, mistakes, things to take notice, or just anything to help us become better the next time around in clinic.
