I just came back from a teaching program meeting (UCSF collaborates with some schools where we teach K-12th graders science! I'm so excited to start planning and teaching.). I have to start studying now for my microbiology/immunology exam on Monday. I'm at Starbucks now and nature just finished crying its abrupt rain so now the sun is out. It looks really pretty, clear, sunny, and lively outside right now. My mentor gave me this book Clinical Microbiology made ridiculously simple--it does make memorizing all the bacteria much easier. Before I lock myself down at Starbucks, I bought a large trip tip mixed green salad from Pluto's for lunch and ordered a tall iced black tea. If you want stronger tea, reduce the pumps of syrup they give you and ask for no water because that dilutes the flavor. Okay break time over--back to studying this ridiculously made easy microbiology and immunology learning.
Ciao,
Oli
