I've been on break looking for housing/roommates if my on-campus housing doesn't work out.
I started hearing my friends from other schools find apartments & thought I should start worrying aboot it once again. So, here are my options:
1) Cheapest in terms of $$. Close to campus. Living with pharmacy (she's from my high school--what a coincidence!) and two research students on a floor. And the other floors (that I think I have access to) are sets of other four students.
2) Around $700--but it includes utility, direct tv, internet, and I forgot what else. It's with five D3s (3 males, 2 females). It's a bit further away than option 1. I like that it would be with older dental students if I needed advice and help.
3) Unknown price & unknown location, but with two other girls from my incoming class. So I like that I can be with someone from my class in terms of studying, getting to know classmates, & having walking buddies.
4) Join a fraternity & live with dental students from all class levels. haha! Who knows how loud it can possibly get. And I don't even know how to look up the different frats. So maybe I can automatically cross this option out.
I'm leaning on option 3, then 2, then 1--all of it! I'm pretty excited if option 3 works out!
